이용약관

이 약관은 Boon(이하 "회사")이 제공하는 앱·게임 및 웹 서비스(MA Studio 명의로 제공되는 게임 포함, 이하 "서비스")의 이용과 관련하여 회사와 이용자 간의 권리·의무 및 책임사항을 규정함을 목적으로 합니다.

제1조 (정의)

• "이용자"란 이 약관에 따라 회사가 제공하는 서비스를 이용하는 자를 말합니다.
• "콘텐츠"란 서비스 내에서 제공되는 소프트웨어, 이미지, 텍스트, 사운드 등 일체의 자료를 말합니다.
• "계정"이란 서비스 이용을 위해 이용자가 생성하는 이용자 식별 단위를 말합니다(계정 기능을 제공하는 서비스에 한함).

제2조 (약관의 효력 및 변경)

• 이 약관은 서비스 화면 또는 본 페이지에 게시함으로써 효력이 발생합니다.
• 회사는 관련 법령을 위반하지 않는 범위에서 이 약관을 변경할 수 있으며, 변경 시 시행일 최소 7일 전에 서비스 또는 본 페이지를 통해 공지합니다.
• 변경된 약관 시행 이후에도 서비스를 계속 이용하는 경우 변경 사항에 동의한 것으로 봅니다.

제3조 (계정)

• 일부 서비스는 계정 생성 기능을 제공할 수 있으며, 이용자는 정확한 정보로 계정을 생성하고 이를 안전하게 관리할 책임이 있습니다.
• 이용자는 언제든지 계정을 삭제할 수 있으며, 계정 정보의 처리에 관한 사항은 개인정보처리방침을 따릅니다.

제4조 (서비스의 제공 및 변경)

• 회사는 서비스를 무료 또는 유료로 제공할 수 있습니다.
• 회사는 운영상·기술상 필요에 따라 서비스의 전부 또는 일부를 변경할 수 있으며, 중요한 변경은 사전에 공지합니다.

제5조 (서비스의 중단)

회사는 시스템 점검·교체, 통신 장애, 천재지변 등 부득이한 사유가 있는 경우 서비스 제공을 일시적으로 중단할 수 있습니다.

제6조 (이용자의 의무)

이용자는 다음 각 호의 행위를 하여서는 안 됩니다.

• 서비스 또는 콘텐츠의 무단 복제·배포·개작 및 역설계(리버스 엔지니어링)
• 비정상적인 방법으로 서비스의 운영을 방해하는 행위
• 타인의 계정 또는 권리(지식재산권, 개인정보 등)를 침해하는 행위
• 기타 관련 법령에 위반되는 행위

제7조 (지식재산권)

서비스 및 콘텐츠에 대한 저작권 등 지식재산권은 회사 또는 정당한 권리자에게 귀속합니다. 이용자는 서비스를 이용할 수 있는 권한만을 부여받으며, 이를 제3자에게 양도·판매·담보 제공할 수 없습니다.

제8조 (유료 서비스 및 환불)

서비스 내 유료 상품(인앱 구매 등)의 결제·취소·환불은 해당 앱 스토어(Apple App Store, Google Play)의 정책 및 관련 법령을 따릅니다.

제9조 (면책)

• 회사는 무료로 제공되는 서비스와 관련하여 관련 법령이 허용하는 범위 내에서 책임을 부담하지 않습니다.
• 회사는 이용자의 귀책사유로 인한 서비스 이용 장애에 대하여 책임을 지지 않습니다.
• 회사는 천재지변 또는 이에 준하는 불가항력으로 인하여 서비스를 제공할 수 없는 경우 그에 대한 책임이 면제됩니다.

제10조 (분쟁 해결 및 준거법)

이 약관은 대한민국 법령에 따라 해석되며, 서비스 이용과 관련하여 회사와 이용자 간에 분쟁이 발생한 경우 민사소송법에 따른 관할 법원에 소를 제기할 수 있습니다.

Terms of Service

These Terms govern the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between Boon ("the Company") and users of the apps, games, and web services provided by the Company, including games released under the MA Studio name (collectively, "the Services").

Article 1 (Definitions)

• "User" means any person who uses the Services under these Terms.
• "Content" means all materials provided within the Services, including software, images, text, and sound.
• "Account" means a user-identification unit created by the user to use the Services (only in services that offer accounts).

Article 2 (Effect and Amendment of the Terms)

• These Terms take effect upon being posted within the Services or on this page.
• The Company may amend these Terms within the bounds of applicable law, announcing changes at least 7 days before they take effect.
• Continued use of the Services after amended Terms take effect constitutes acceptance of the changes.

Article 3 (Accounts)

• Some Services may offer account creation. Users are responsible for creating accounts with accurate information and keeping them secure.
• Users may delete their account at any time; the handling of account information is governed by the Privacy Policy.

Article 4 (Provision and Modification of the Services)

• The Company may provide the Services free of charge or for a fee.
• The Company may modify all or part of the Services for operational or technical reasons, announcing significant changes in advance.

Article 5 (Suspension of the Services)

The Company may temporarily suspend the Services for unavoidable reasons such as system maintenance or replacement, communication failures, or force majeure.

Article 6 (User Obligations)

Users must not:

• Copy, distribute, modify, or reverse-engineer the Services or Content without authorization
• Interfere with the operation of the Services by abnormal means
• Infringe another person's account or rights, including intellectual property and privacy
• Engage in any other conduct that violates applicable law

Article 7 (Intellectual Property)

All intellectual property rights in the Services and Content belong to the Company or their rightful owners. Users are granted only a right to use the Services and may not transfer, sell, or pledge that right to third parties.

Article 8 (Paid Services and Refunds)

Payment, cancellation, and refunds for paid items within the Services (such as in-app purchases) follow the policies of the relevant app store (Apple App Store, Google Play) and applicable law.

Article 9 (Disclaimer)

• To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Company assumes no liability in connection with Services provided free of charge.
• The Company is not liable for service disruptions caused by reasons attributable to the user.
• The Company is exempt from liability where it cannot provide the Services due to force majeure or equivalent circumstances.

Article 10 (Dispute Resolution and Governing Law)

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any dispute arising in connection with the Services may be brought before the court with jurisdiction under the Civil Procedure Act.
